At GNK Jewels, we strive to provide you with the finest lab-grown diamond jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 3-day return policy allows you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused, in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returned in the original packaging, including the jewelry box and any accompanying materials.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gnkjewels.in. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. It is mandatory to submit a 360-degree video of the unboxing process along with your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • International orders

  • Engraved or personalized jewelry

  • Items with broken or tampered tags

  • Returns without the original certificate

  • Jewelry with any signs of wear and tear

  • Diamonds that have been tampered with

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refund Policy & Deductions

Refunds will be processed after a quality check, subject to the following deductions:

  • Free gifts received during the purchase must be returned; otherwise, the cost of the gift will be deducted.

  • Missing original packaging will incur a penalty of ₹1000/-.

  • Absence of the certificate will result in a deduction of ₹500/carat.

  • Any discounts availed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Quality check deduction of ₹350 per carat.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
