SECTION 1: Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

All use of this website is governed by the laws of the state of Haryana, India, regardless of conflicting legal principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be exclusively handled in courts located in Haryana, India.

As per the Government of India guidelines, customers must provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for purchases exceeding ₹2 lakh per day.

SECTION 2: Use of the Website

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so and may use the information provided via the website, call center, or any other communication channels.

SECTION 3: Definitions

  • Jewellery: Pre-designed jewellery or pieces set with gold and lab-grown diamonds, available on our website or retail stores. All jewellery is sold on an "as is" basis.

  • Mounts: Settings designed to hold diamonds, which may or may not contain diamonds. Customers can customize jewellery by selecting mounts and diamonds separately.

  • Loose Diamonds: Individual diamonds that are sold separately, without being set in a mount.

SECTION 4: Pricing Policy

  • Pricing is calculated based on current precious metal and diamond market rates, which may fluctuate.

  • The final price is determined by the metal rate on the day of purchase or advance payment.

  • Prices may differ slightly due to variations in estimated and actual finished product weight. Any excess or shortfall will be adjusted at the time of sale.

  • Prices displayed on the GNK Jewels website or retail store are subject to change without prior notice.

SECTION 5: Cancellation & Returns

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 1% payment gateway fee.

    • Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a ₹1000 processing charge plus 1% payment gateway fees.

    • For customized orders, the making charges will be forfeited.

    • Individual items in an order can be canceled without canceling the entire order.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

    • Gift Card Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original gift card balance.

    • 15-Day Money-Back Policy: Eligible products can be returned within 15 days, and refunds will be processed accordingly (not applicable for coins).

SECTION 6: Free Gifts Policy

  • All free gifts provided are considered discounts.

  • If an order containing a free gift is partially canceled or returned, the refund will not include the discount value attributed to the free gift.
